Sometimes the most difficult part of planning a wedding or event can be in the small details. I mean, who wants to spend countless hours shopping around for the perfect table decorations or the many flower vases needed? This is the part where Lovely Details comes in to help! Whether your event style is “vintage” or not, we have a good collection of vases, jars, containers and small details to help make your event uniquely yours!

In the last couple weeks, I've been asked several times about my vases, jars and containers, and how many I have of each. Just thought it might be beneficial to share with you the breakdown on my vases.

Card Holders

Hi all!

I recently had a bride who was in need of a couple card holders for her upcoming summer wedding. There seems to be endless ideas out there, some of which can get over played through the years, such as the bird cage. I wanted to show you some options I have available that would be great to use for card holders. Enjoy!

Fashionably Fabulous...

Last month Lovely Details was invited to be a vendor at the Fashionably Fabulous Event Showcase, located at the Grand Forks Country Club. I was lucky enough to be placed in a room with a local floral designer, Brooke Conlin of Brooke Conlin Floral Styling + Design and photographer Shawna Noel of Shawna Noel Photography. It was a pleasure to be able to spend the day with these ladies, bouncing ideas off one another as we decorated the room together. This show also gave me the opportunity to meet many great ladies, most of which are brides planning upcoming weddings this year. 

Below are a few pictures from the show – I tried to showcase some items of interest that would be great for weddings, bridal showers and photo shoots. Kelly & Ben Engagement

Spring may be here but that doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten about the cute engagement session that was beautifully captured last fall by Amanda Cardinal Photography. Amanda did a great job capturing the love between Kelly and Ben as they took their engagement session surrounded by nature. The entire photo shoot was just adorable and I’m so glad Kelly wanted to incorporate a few “Lovely Details” props into the shoot!

A Wintery Engagement

Back when we still had snow on the ground, I had the pleasure of teaming up with Leigh from Schrage Photography for a cozy, winter-themed engagement shoot. The couple that Leigh photographed couldn’t have been more adorable and I loved the fact that they were more than willing to try any of the ideas we had up our sleeve. Winter Wonderland Inspiration

I recently had the pleasure of helping out a local photographer with an outdoor winter-themed engagement shoot (pictures coming soon!). From the moment I was asked to help style this shoot – ideas started flowing as to how I could incorporate props to create a few cute and cozy winter settings.
